· a wind energy agent will collect on site data and analyze potential sites for a wind energy system based on wind resource and customer prefrence.
- agent will analyze wind conditions to determine system performance of a wind turbine to include: the average wind speed at your site, recommended sites for wind generator installations, expected production numbers for different wind generators, minimum tower height, and the answers to any questions you may have.
--> prices for installation and service of different models of wind generators and tower heights will be given and Names and Phone #’s of reputable local installers.
Cost: Free with purchased with Energy Audit otherwise, $300 in Arkansas. Travel is additional for other areas on a cost basis.
A full color glossy report of the site assessment for use in securing financing of a wind turbine can be completed and mailed or e-mailed for $20 a copy.

In addition to Wind Site Assessments, Winds of Change can help you purchase your turbine and install it on your schedule. There are a large variety of options of which turbine and tower to put up. During a wind Site Assessment, I can show you all these options. A wind site assessment is required before any turbine is purchased, you can think of it as a down payment for your future wind turbine.
Winds of Change welcomes your participation in the installation of your new wind turbine and we encourage customers to be as active as they desire with installation.
Installations typically go in the following order
1. request for price quote
2 price quote accepted
3. Permitting and Interconnection Agreement
4. 60% of total price paid
5. order tower and/or turbine
6. Foundation poured (Must wait 30 days to strengthen concrete)
6. Install tower
7. Install turbine
8. System complete(Generating electricity)
9. 40% due
