Winds of Change Leaseholding, LLC
Winds of Change Leaseholding, LLC incorporated with the state of Arkansas in April of 2009 to form a company that would serve as a vehicle for the development phase of the Red Barn Wind Project. The LLC is developing the project so that it is "a fully baked project" for an Operations, LLC to invest in the construction of wind turbines on sites. The Leaseholding, LLC would then have a 1% or greater stake in the Operations, LLC for a period of around 10 years, after the 10 years a flip would occur in the ownership and the great majority of the project would be owned by the Leaseholding, LLC with the Operations, LLC having a minority stake in the project.
